1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "777ca", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operating at 777ca.bio, together with its operators, affiliates, and licensors.
• "You", "User", or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777ca platform for any purpose.

2 Acceptance of Terms

• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your personal circumstances.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 777ca account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must update this information promptly if any detail changes.

Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or equivalent document. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

777ca processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and select cryptocurrencies. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Direct Transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a security review.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Bets are final once confirmed. 777ca does not allow bet cancellation after confirmation except in circumstances explicitly permitted by the applicable game or market rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777ca and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ca platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, brand names, interface design, text, images, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 777ca or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• 777ca's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Suspension & Termination of Accounts

777ca reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery of a duplicate account in the same name or connected to the same individual.
• Chargebacks initiated against 777ca in respect of genuine deposit transactions.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a verified close family member.
• Any other circumstance in which 777ca, in its reasonable judgement, determines that continuation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity, security, or compliance obligations.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the User, 777ca reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, eligible balances will be returned to the User via the verified payment method on file.

14 Amendments to These Terms

777ca reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a User — 777ca will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through platform notifications, email to your registered address, or prominent posting on the website.

Your continued use of 777ca following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 777ca support.

15 Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to 777ca's operating licence.
